• Industry, type of collaboration, estimated budget and intended usage
• Project description and any files you choose to attach (images, PDFs)

Form submissions are stored on a secure private server hosted in the EU (Hetzner, Germany) and retained for up to 24 months or until the collaboration relationship ends. Uploaded files are stored in the same environment and are not shared publicly.

• Hetzner Online GmbH — hosting provider (EU, DPA in place)
• Telegram — used for internal notification delivery; message content is not retained by Telegram beyond standard delivery
